Baby Katherine
What a special session we had with Baby Katherine! Katherine was the sweetest doll. And who wouldn't be with such a beautiful close-knit family surrounding her!
Katherine's mom wanted simple colors, white especially. I love this choice because it makes the facial expressions glow and the love is so tangible.
Katherine's mom was nervous that we wouldn't be able to get all the images because Katherine was 9 weeks old. But we worked our magic and got pictures of every type of set perfectly!
We started off with the heart set. At first this little princess was very alert! Just look at those gorgeous big eyes peeking out of a blanket of white. Katherine even gave us a big smile!
After getting swaddled up, Katherine fell asleep and we took adorable pictures using other props.
Katherine's mom really wanted to incorporate pink, while keeping the set colors soft with neutral tones. The bed prop and the basket both have a woody look which makes the light peachy pink and white colors blend perfectly.
What a gorgeous little angel!
What a fun group this was! We had a great time capturing these precious family moments.
This photo session was all the more special because Katherine's niece came to take pictures with her. That's right- her niece! Katherine's older sister has a 2-year-old little girl. What an adorable pair they make!
